Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Copies of any organized group's communications to Greg Abbott, Dan Patrick, Gardner Pate, Renae Eze, Jordan Hale, Steve Munisteri, Toby Baker, Sarah Hicks, Shayne Woodard, Tabatha Vasquez, Bonnie Diehl, and Bryan Daniel that mention the phrases "IHRA", "Palestine Solidarity Committee", "Students for Justice in Palestine", "Jewish Voice for Peace", and/or "material support" between October 7, 2023 and the date this request is processed.

This request is limited to communications between organizations, lobby groups and non-profits. It is not a request for constituent communications.

Please include any attachments to emails as well. If my request is denied in whole or part, I ask that you justify all deletions by reference to specific exemptions of the act. I will also expect you to release all segregable portions of otherwise exempt material.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days, as the statute requires.

Sincerely,

Matthew Petti
