Pursuant to the Arizona Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:
1) Any contracts, agreements, or documentation related to Gauth AI (formerly "Gauthmath") being a registered "partner" of Arizona State University. On Gauth's website, the ASU logo is displayed under a label of "partner":

2) Any emails between ASU's Corporate Engagement & Strategic Partnerships division and anyone at Gauth.
Of particular interest is any documentation related to data-sharing or data-privacy policies related to the collection of data from ASU students or faculty.
Gauth is owned by the same parent company as TikTok, and any legislation regarding TikTok's ownership would also likely have an impact on other entities and agreements, such as ASU's Partnership with Gauth.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
