Pursuant to the Virginia Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
All submissions to CPD PIO to attend 12-10-20 press conference related to Rugby Road Internal Affairs investigation and all responses to requesters. This should include responses to both approved and denied requesters.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Please note that no one was denied access to this press conference, and there were options to participate both remotely and in person due to COVID-19 safety protocols. One reporter chose to participate remotely by choice, but would have been permitted inside the studio had she chosen to attend in person.
