FOIA Request: Any FOIA requests submitted between January 1, 2020 and the current date seeking emails from former City Councilors including, but not limited to Michael Signer.

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Virginia Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Any FOIA requests submitted between January 1, 2020 and the current date seeking emails from former City Councilors including, but not limited to Michael Signer.

Please include any responsive documents, responses or follow-ups with the requesters, and any estimates or notifications of any charges associated with the requests.

This should include any recent requests known which required the restoration of archived email accounts of the former City Councilors.

If there was any consultation with any other city employee in reference to the requests, please include any relevant communications regardless of format. This should include any forwards of emails, and text messages or chats of any kind regardless of what application is being used.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
