Autopsy report for Allanah Settembre (aka Allanah Rosaria Settembre), age 17, who was born on August 9, 1985 and died on March 28, 2023 in Dallas, Texas.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
