Pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act., I hereby request the following records:

Text messages, messages sent via messaging apps of Donovan Day about municipal business on personal or municipal phones:

between him and Mayor Donny Schmit of Fox Lake discussing his return to Fox Lake after their recent lunch meeting

between him and Donny Schmit about the firing of the parks director and him taking that job

between him and Mayor Donny Schmit of Fox Lake regarding his role the felony crimes in Fox Lake as described on pages 7,8,9 of the arrest report

all references to Harvard, the employees, administrator and Mayor

all references to "LBC" with photos of black people

all references to Fox Lake employees including the images circulated

the message he sent about "fisting the administrator" and the entire thread

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
