Pursuant to the Kansas Open Records Act (K.S.A. 45-215), I hereby request the following records:

A list of companies approved to receive any of the following tax credits or grants going back as long as such records are kept:

— Investments in Major Projects and Comprehensive Training Program (IMPACT)
— Star Bonds
— Kansas Partnership Fund
— Kansas Industrial Training
— Kansas Industrial Retraining
— Kansas Economic Opportunity Initiatives Fund

The following information for each participating company listed:

— Name of company
— Date award approved
— Full address
— Value of incentive award
— Number of jobs or value of capital investment

I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The request is made by Good Jobs First, a non-profit public interest research organization, via public information service MuckRock.com for non-commercial usage. In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request.

I would prefer the request to be filled electronically in a spreadsheet format, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.
