The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available (sent to tclarkflory@vocativ.com) or CD-ROM if not.

Your original request was forwarded to us on July 28, 2016 in which we responded to you via email you requested - a copy of this email is attached. We again emailed you on July 29, 2016 to the email you requested. That email is also attached. In this email we indicated we located some emails and provided the link to where you can download the emails is within this same attached email. I have provided it to you again which is below. On August 16, you should have received an external email message we posted our online request portal tool indicating we could find no further records.
