Pursuant to the The Missouri Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:
All e-mail communications (including complete email chains, email attachments, calendar invitations, and calendar invitation attachments sent or received by Rep. Peggy McGaugh, Rep. Jamie Burger, Rep. Andrew McDaniel, or Rep. Bruce DeGroot that a) contains the terms "Cicero," "housing," "camping," "shelter," or "homeless" and b) was sent or received between 6/1/2021 and 8/1/2022.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.

The Missouri Constitution, Article III, Section 19, states that “Each member of the general assembly is the custodian of legislative records under the custody and control of the member, their employees and staff.”
