Adanaya,
This email is in response to your 91-A request for records pertaining to any contracts with third-party provides for services rendered in the Amazon HQ2 bid and any marketing budgets regarding the Amazon-related expenditures. Effective July 1, 2017, the Department of Business and Economic Affairs (DBEA) and the Department of Natural and Cultural Resources (DNCR) were recreated by an act of the Legislature. I service as the commissioner of the DNCR. The Amazon HQ2 proposal was developed within the DBEA agency. As such, I do not have any records pertaining to your request.
I would recommend sending a request directly to the DBEA, via commissioner Taylor Caswell at 172 Pembroke Ave., Concord, New Hampton 03301. Commissioner Caswell's email address is taylor.caswell@bea.nh.gov<mailto:taylor.caswell@bea.nh.gov> or can be reached via phone at 603-271-2341.
I hope this is helpful.
Sincerely,
Jeff
