Pursuant to the New Hampshire "Access to Government Records and Meetings" Statute (RSA Ch. 91-A), I hereby request the following records:

Any and all documents, policies, memos, and complaints concerning female police officers and job-mandated gynecological examinations prior or post-hire.

In response to your RSA 91-A request below, NHSP does not have any "documents, policies, [or] memos" that specifically "concern[ ] female police officers and job-mandated gynecological examinations prior or post-hire". A document regarding NHSP medical screening is being withheld pursuant to RSA 91-A:5, IV as an internal personnel practice. NHSP has not identified any "complaints concerning female police officers and job-mandated gynecological examinations prior or post-hire". This request is considered to be closed.
