Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law, I hereby request the following records:

1. Any unpublished version or draft of the “Consequences Class 101” video published by the NYPD at https://x.com/nypddaughtry/status/1786502671169474639.

2. Any records generated by the editors or production staff in filming or editing the “Consequences Class 101” video.

3. Any communications or other records reflecting or concerning the commissioning (or directive to create) the “Consequences Class 101” video.

4. Any communications with the media concerning the “Consequences Class 101” video.

5. Any communications with any elected or consular official or office concerning the “Consequences Class 101” video.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
