Pursuant to the Ohio Open Records Law, I hereby request the following records:
The most recent version of any lists of suggested employers which is distributed by parole, probation and other supervision officers to their supervisees in the Department's Cincinnati and/or Cleveland offices.
While the requested documents are public record and an explanation of their use is not required, I want to let you know that these records will be used for reporting into temporary staffing agencies' use of a federal tax credit: the records are not intended to shame or denigrate second-chance employers. Additionally, this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days.

DRC has no records responsive to your request for "lists of suggested employers which is distributed by parole, probation and other supervision officers to their supervisees in the Department's Cincinnati and/or Cleveland offices."
Individuals who are under the supervision of the Adult Parole Authority are provided information on employment opportunities on a case-by-case basis and through other employment agencies and resources.
