To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Oregon Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

Previously I reqested everything for the murder case of Tiffany Jenks it is unclear how my requested items became confusing and the prior reqests remain until filled.

The confusion often comes when the results of the search are not provided for a reason and keep in mind I have a child 2 years old that now depends on me to get to the bottom of this murder and all its moving parts.,

My requests are not as complex as one might think but due to the facts of 7 agency Bingo game I still cannot get what i have a legal right to get. Under ADA I cannot property communicate therefore under ADA I am requesting someone be the note taker or someone assist me in complying with what I must do to fill my reqest in full from now on.

My reqests might confuse you it is for this reason i said multiple times what i am seeking.

Everything containing any email, any document, Any report, any video, any audio, including my own interviews from October 7th 2013 all the way up to 7-1-2020

The above items regardless of any other facts are reqested by me from the Oregon State Police and have been for many years.

Any search resulting in any information was ..... and is.... requested ....

All other FOIA reqests are still open and still valid. And i was confused that you were confused.
PLEASE note This reqest should have been sent long long ago...

This is a new reqest and i hope a more clear reqest as i cannot write.

The goal is all things all ways all styles for the murder of Tiffany Jenks oct 8th 2013 in Fairview Oregon and all searches shall use any alternate spellings used for the murder case.

Like John Captain or John S Captain III. I hope to get these records released in full this next week so hopefully you have made some progress in this reqests and the others I will mail a check out today for all these as a deposit. John
