Adanya Lustig,
The Orlando Economic Partnership received your November 10, 2017 request for public records.
As you may know, the Orlando Economic Partnership is a private organization not subject to public records laws. While some documents in our possession are public records, namely agreements with our public entity partners, most other records including the Amazon HQ2 bid submitted, any contracts with third-party providers for services rendered regarding the Amazon HQ2 bid, and any marketing budgets regarding Amazon-related expenditures are not public information.
In addition, even if the public record laws applied to our organization, Amazon has requested confidentiality pursuant to Florida Statute section 288.075, and therefore said documents are exempt from public disclosure.
