Communications
From: Brooke Williams
Dear Ms. Holder,
Thank you in advance for your time and continued assistance with my requests for public records. Pursuant to the California's Sunshine Amendment (Cal. Const. Art. I, ยง 3(b)), I hereby request the following records:
Any and all records of communication between the Unified Port of San Diego and Sarichia Cacciatore, who is also known as Seekey Cacciatore.
In this request, any and all communication includes but is not limited to emails; letters; faxes; records of in person meeting(s), including but not limited to calendar items showing scheduled meeting(s). Please include in your search any record of communication with Ms. Cacciatore, whether it is to, from, copied between and/or among.
I am happy to help provide search terms or known email addresses, or if necessary discuss tailoring this request, so please don't hesitate to call me at 202-615-3551 if I can help. I ask that you please provide the records in their original, electronic format when applicable.
I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge via the news outlet inewsource.org. It processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you for your commitment to an open and transparent government process. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Thank you,
Brooke Williams
