-Any police reports, incident reports, video footage, and/or Computer Assisted Dispatch records related to the reported burning of three excavators owned by Brent Scarbrough Company on the night of April 5, 2023. Please not that it is possible this incident may have also been recorded as taking place in the early hours of April 6, 2023 and may or may not be associated with either of the addresses: Constitution Rd & West Side Pl, ATLANTA, 30316 and KEY RD SE / MORELAND AVE SE, KEY RD SE & MORELAND AVE SE, ATL, GA 30316.

-Any emails or text messages sent or received by any employee of your agency between April 4, 2023 and the date on which this request is processed which includes the keyword phrase “Brent Scarbrough.”

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
