The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

The time frame is the last 12 months. Is it not possible to search based on the names rather than the email addresses? Some of these individuals may be using email addresses that are not known to us. If the "From" column includes these names, they should be included.

I have a hard time believing that the actual email addresses are necessary in order to provide the records requested. It’s unconscionable and I’m not sure “I didn’t have the right email address” would be an acceptable reason in court to withhold public records. I am respectfully requesting that the records I requested be identified by the names of the individuals rather than an email address. Many individuals use several different email addresses. It would be a detriment to the public if the spirit of a records request was defeated by requiring overly specific parameters.
