Consumer Privacy FOIA Request (Office of Attorney General)

Dear Terry Brown:
Thank you for your interest in records of the Office of the Attorney General.  Your request has been received and is being processed in accordance with Chapter 552 of the Texas Government Code, the Public Information Act. Your request was received in this office on 10/9/2022 and given the reference number R014100-100922 for tracking purposes.
Records Requested: To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

• Any and all information related to complaints filed against Amazon Care related to consumer privacy and data breaches.
• Any and all information related to complaints filed against Amazon Halo related to consumer privacy and data breaches.
• Any and all information related to complaints filed against Haven Healthcare related to consumer privacy and data breaches.
• Any and all information related to complaints filed against One Medical related to consumer privacy and data breaches.
• Any and all information related to complaints filed against PillPack related to consumer privacy and data breaches.

If my request fails to reasonably describe the records, please contact me at this email or 201-407-5582.

If there are any fees for copying the records requested, please supply the records without informing me if the fees are not in excess of $50.

If you take the position that the above-described public records are not open to public inspection under the Freedom of Information Act, please explain the basis for your position and identify any statute, rule of law or other authority upon which you rely.

If some records will not be immediately available, please provide a response to portions of this request as they become available.

If the records contain exempt information, please redact that information and release the non-exempt portions.
