Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
The AFIDA database, (https://www.fsa.usda.gov/programs-and-services/economic-and-policy-analysis/afida/index) with records from 1900 to the most recent year with available records. Prior work on the subject can be found here: http://apps.investigatemidwest.org/afida/. However, they lack data from 2016 onward so this request as stated would want the years beyond 2016 that are available. I request the data in the same format the Midwest Center for Investigative Reporting got it in, a spreadsheet.
This request is being made for use for Lincoln Network, a think tank. It is not for commercial purposes.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.
