To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following
records:

I am requesting file numbers 94-HQ-64397 and 161-HQ-757, which, according
to a FOIA officer at the FBI, contain records relevant to Charles Peters.
Please release the file in full.

Charles Peters was the former editor of Washington Monthly. He died in June
2023. This is his obituary:

According to the report, he was born named Charles Given Peters Jr. in
Charleston, W.Va., on Dec. 22, 1926.
