Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Court records show allege that a FEMA employee was asked to participate in a false report regarding LIDAR applications for DR-4339-PR (Hurricane María): https://www.courtlistener.com/docket/68106635/6/maneiro-v-mayorkas/

Therefore, I request the following records:

1) Any records regarding the use of light detection and ranging (LIDAR) for DR-4339-PR.

2) Communications, emails, text messages, and attachments regarding the use or possible applications for LIDAR for DR-4339-PR.

3) Any presentations, presentation attachments, and instructional materials (these include but are not limited to audio, video, PowerPoint presentations, and slide formats) concerning use or possible applications for LIDAR for DR-4339-PR.

This request is for all records produced between January 1, 2017 and the time this request is processed.

This request is not being made for commercial purposes. I am an independent journalist and documents obtained by this request will be used in the course of reporting on the aftermath of Hurricane Maria.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
