Emails to and from the Justice Department's Office of the Chief Information Officer that contain the following terms: "Juniper Networks", "Juniper", "NetScreen", "NetScreenOS", "VPN", "virtual private network", and "ScreenOS" from December 16, 2015 to present day.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public on FedScoop.com, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

I am writing on behalf of the Justice Management Division (JMD) of the
U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) to acknowledge receipt of your Freedom
of Information (FOIA) request on 03/10/2016.

For your information, the Justice Management Division assigns incoming
requests to one of three tracks: simple, complex, or expedited. Each
request is then handled on a first-in, first-out basis in relation to
other requests in the same track. Simple requests usually receive a
response in approximately one month whereas complex requests
necessarily take longer. At this time, your request has been assigned
to the Complex track.

Please accept my apology for not getting back to you in a timely manner and missing the call windows you provided to us. We still would like to talk to you regarding your FOIA request and would like to attempt one more time to establish a contact date and time. I assume that the phone number you have provided is still a valid number. We are suggesting a conference call that will include two other people. I have contacted the people who will be a part of that call and they have recommended three possible dates and one time frame for that call. They are:

Time: 2-5 PM on one of the 4 dates below
Dates: Tomorrow - March 2,
Monday - March 6,
Tuesday - March 7 or
Thursday -March 8

In order to insure that we will be able to set a date and time to contact you, I am sending this response from my personal e-mail address and also copying the two people who will be a part of the conference call to you.
