Login.gov Cost Estimator Records

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

This request for all documentation related to estimating costs for state partners procuring Login.gov services from Feb 18, 2021 - present.

For your reference the Login.gov state and local partnership program was announced here: https://www.gsa.gov/blog/2021/02/18/logingov-to-provide-authentication-and-identity-proofing-services-to-a-limited-number-of-federally-funded-state-and-local-government-programs and a description of how states and local partners can pursue purchasing the Login.gov services according to a cost estimator is described here: https://www.login.gov/partners/state-and-local/#intergovernmental-cooperation-act-igca-process.

Specifically, I am requesting the following type of records:
- Any documentation on the cost estimator criteria;
- Any records, such as emails, from states or local governments requesting to use the cost estimator;
- Any presentations or memos related to the revenue of the state and local partnership program.

These records will be used to inform research on digital identity best practices. Because of our not-for-profit status and the fact that this request is about a matter in the public interest, I request a fee waiver. If you have any questions or would like to discuss narrowing the request, please contact me directly at rebecca@rebeccawilliams.info.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
