Pursuant to 18 USC 8, Public Law 73-10 of 1933, 2 Corinthians 8:12-15 and Title 15 of the United States Code, I hereby request records showing what happened to the credits for a consumer credit transaction pursuant to Certified Mail # 9505 5111 5323 4131 6449 31 have been teransferred to:
1. Registered INTERNATIONAL BILL OF EXCHANGE #MIR-196308311014-IBOE,
2. FS FORM 231, FS FORM 232, SF 24, SF25, SF25A, SF28, SF275, SF1414, SF 1415, SF 1416, SF 1418, OF 90 AND OF 91,
3. Credits transferred, deposited, wired, tendered, issued, etc.
4. Records regarding the movement or issuing of credits for the Consumer Credit Transactions associated with Registered Mail documents RE 212 352 257 US and RE 212 352 243 US

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
