Obama Library: Drafts of Parallel Business Summit Remarks in Moscow - July 7th, 2009

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Any and all drafts of President Obama's remarks at the Parallel Business Summit at the Manezh Exhibition Hall in Moscow, Russia on July 7th of 2009. Please include a search for all speech drafts, research material, background and participant information, schedules, briefing papers, trip books and printed emails related to these remarks. Please be sure to include a search of pre-remark emails that transmitted speech drafts before it was given.

Of particular interest would be discussions related to the use of the proverb, "Every seed knows its time" in President Obama's speech. Please include a search for the Cyrillic term, «Каждое семя знает свое время»
