Toonami FCC Complaints

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Complaints received by the Commission regarding “Toonami”, a programming block on Cartoon Network from March 17, 1997 to September 20, 2008, and on Adult Swim from May 26, 2012 to the present. I am requesting all received complaints since March 17, 1997.

It is understood that complainants’ private information is exempt from disclosure under exemption (b)(6). If any other information is exempt from disclosure, please cite exemptions used where necessary.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
