In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

We have completed the research into your April 9, 2024, request for the following records:
"The Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for Skunk, a crowd control spray developed by the company Mistral."
We can report that a total of 17 pages of records have been identified as potentially responsive to your requests. These records are available for inspection in the office of the City Attorney by appointment. In accordance with Louisiana law, we will need to verify the age of the requester to ensure that the individual is over the age of 18. Please bring with you a valid driver's license or state issued photo ID.
Alternatively, we can scan these records and provide them to you electronically by email. The cost for the records is $33.00 (which consists of 16 color pages @ $2.00 per page and 1 page of black-and-white @ $1.00 per page). The city requires prepayment in the form of a check or money order made payable to the City of Bossier City. The prepayment (and a photocopy of your driver's license or state issued ID) can be mailed to the following address:
