1. All documents signed with procurement software or software to create and publish RFI, RFQ, RFP this agency uses or used in the past five years. The city does not have any documents signed with procurement software to create and publish RFI, RFQ, and RFP in the past five years.

Additionally, if possible, please answer the following four questions:
a. What is the name of the procurement software you use (or the name of the software you use to create and publish RFI, RFQ, RFP)? - We use QuestCDN for bidding projects, but not for RFI, RFQ, or RFP.
b. What is the annual cost for this software? There is no annual cost for the city to use QuestCDN, however contractors are required to pay a fee for downloading plans. Over the past ten years, we have bid 15 different projects using QuestCDN software which has resulted in a total of 300 bids and a total cost to contractors of $6,020.00.
c. When did the most recent contract with the software provider begin? There is no contract between the City of Minnetonka and QuestCDN.
d. Do you use your ERP system to manage the process of RFI, RFQ, RFP? No.
