All documents reflecting mile markers, maps, and rail lines on the Provo Industrial Lead in Salt Lake and Utah Counties, Utah From 2000 to present. Additionally, all documents relating to abandonment of rail lines, exemptions to abandonment, notices of interim trail use, and all other documents which relate to the Provo Industrial Lead from 2000 to present.

All documents pertaining to the abandonment of a Consolidated Rail right of way (believed to include Block 380, Lot 1 or Lot 2 in Edison, New Jersey) now or formerly known as Edison Raritan Industrial Track or Raritan Industrial Track from milepost 25.0 to 26.4 (a 1.4 mile stretch of track proposed for abandonment in 1995 by Conrail). 1. Any documents demonstrating that the Interstate Commerce Commission (“ICC”) or the Surface Transportation Board (“STB”) had jurisdiction over the Huntingdon and Broad Top Mountain Railroad (“Huntingdon”), located in Pennsylvania.
2. Any applications filed by Huntingdon with the ICC or the STB and any orders or approvals issued by the ICC or the STB in response to such applications.
