EPA-RTP uses Archibus to manage work orders at this location. We are requesting work order data from Archibus in a Microsoft Access format. Using Excel will truncate the field lengths and will not provide all of the requested data. We are requesting the following files: AFM.WO, AFM.WR, AFM.WRCF, AFM.PMP, AFM.EPA.WO, AFM.HWR, and AFM.HWRCF. In addition, the current O&M contractor uses an Access database to collect material and subcontract cost by work order number. Since that data is EPA property, we are requesting the Access database named Logistics Data, located in F:/C156 Records/Archibus Files. We believe that all of the data in that database belongs to EPA. However, the current contract may not agree. If the entire database is not available, we request the following tables from that database: Requisition Table and Reqdetail.
