William O’Neal was an FBI informant for the Black Panthers that provided the layout used by the Chicago Police in the raid that killed Fred Hampton. His file has not previously made available to the public, and will provide valuable into FBI’s infamous COINTELPRO program’s targeting of “black militants.”
