All dash cam and body cam footage from responding officers, as well as a copy of the arrest report related to the arrest of Amber Marie Bingham on 9/5/24.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.

Unfortunately, we do not have any records for a Amber Marie Bingham.
Ms. Bingham does not have any arrests, offenses, traffic citations, domestic, gang referrals or any other relevant information in our records management system.
However, Acworth borders four (4) counties, meaning they all have Acworth addresses, but are not in the Municipal City of Acworth (where you made the request).
Bartow, Cherokee, Cobb and Paulding counties all have Acworth address, but are not in the City of Acworth.
If you can tell me the address, I can pinpoint the Agency.
This will complete your request.

Thanks so much for the quick reply. Acworth PD is the arresting agency on record in the booking info for the incident dated 9/5/24. Can we check for Amber Marie King rather than Bingham?

Jackpot! It was under King, Amber....the report is attached.
Unfortunately, this has not gone to court yet and is pending prosecution, so I'm unable to give you the videos on this case.
Per O.C.G.A. 50-18-72 (a) (4), Records in an active investigation or PENDING PROSECUTION, other than initial public arrest reports and initial incident reports, are NOT required to be released.
This will complete your request.
