All Advisories, Suspicious Activity Reports, Tips, Intelligence Briefs, Intel Reports, Leads Information or Data, Maps, Bulletins, BOLOs, and/or Joint Bulletins from 7 October 2023 to 14 October 2023 (inclusive) regarding an alleged pro-Hamas "day of jihad" or "day of rage."
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Hello,
We understand that under Alabama's Open Records Act(§ 36-1 2-40, Ala. Code 1975), an out-of-state entity, does not have standing to inspect public records under the Law. Op. Att'y Gen. 30 (2018)
However, this request was submitted by Andre Natta, an Alabama citizen and resident. Mr. Natta has provided proof of residency in the form of a state ID. Mr. Natta has chosen to use MuckRock to manage his requests to this agency and we believe that he has the right to use a third party service (in this case MuckRock) to manage and track public records requests.
We ask that you kindly reconsider this rejection and provide the materials that he has requested.

You request for reconsideration on behalf of Mr. Natta is denied. Mr. Natta’s proof of residency in Alabama was not provided at the time of the submission. The response address listed in his request is out of state. Further, Ala. Code § 36-12-40 makes no exceptions for third-party requests submitted on behalf of an Alabama resident.
