RE: Title I, Section 101 Funds - Federal Program Income Earned - State of Alaska
Dear Commissioners:
During a review of Title I, Section 101, Federal program income earned records for the State of Alaska; it was discovered that, due to several spreadsheet formula errors, the interest earned amounts reported for all previous reporting periods were incorrect.
Revised SF-269s for Calendar Years (CY) 2003-2008 and revised SF-425s for Fiscal Years (FY) 2009-2015 are attached. The following table lists the revised interest amounts for all reporting periods.

A review of the state's Title II, Section 251 Federal program income earned records will begin late next week. Should discrepancies be discovered to Title II interest reported; please advise whether or not the attached SF-269s and SF-425s are a sufficient means for reporting the state's Title I, Section 101 revised income earned amounts, or if further documentation will be required so that Title II, Section 251, are submitted correctly should revisions be necessary.
