Marijuana Tax Data

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Alaska Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

I am requesting the release of marijuana tax revenue data by individual licensee / business. Additionally, I would like state level, aggregated data on tax revenues collected and total number of licensed businesses selling marijuana and types of licenses (if you have different license types of marijuana-related businesses). Washington state has already set a precedent of providing rich, detailed data on an individual basis. Please see links below for an example of their publicly available reports.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, and is not being made for commercial usage.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
