Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law, I hereby request the following records:
- Copy of the signed Letter of Intent with Jeff Buell (or related entity) regarding the proposed Liberty Park soccer project as reported in the Times Union.
- Copy of any related agreements signed with Jeff Buell (or related entity) regarding proposed soccer project.
- Documentation of any payments made by Jeff Buell (or related entity) to Capitalize Albany in 2024.
- Copy of any planning studies prepared by Capitalize Albany or its consultants between 2020-2025 regarding the overall redevelopment of Liberty Park.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
