Pursuant to the New Mexico Inspection of Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
1) By school, the number of student incident reports forwarded or otherwise provided to the New Mexico All Source Intelligence Center and/or Immigration and Customs Enforcement between September 1, 2020 and present;
1a) and any such reports with student names redacted.
2) All documents indicating, reflecting or referencing any policies, processes, practices, guidance, directives, memoranda and/or recommendations regarding your school district generating, sending and/or transmitting school district documents to any divisions, employees, and/or agents of New Mexico All Source Intelligence Center and/or Immigration and Customs Enforcement between September 1, 2020 and present.
3) all documents received from and/or generated by your school district and sent to, transmitted to, or otherwise made available or accessible to the New Mexico All Source Intelligence Center and/or Immigration and Customs Enforcement and/or any of their employees or agents between Sept 1 2020 and the present;
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 15 business days, as the statute requires.

Good morning,
We received your request.
The request was sent to the Government Affairs Department which we believe
is the department that would have the responsive records to answer your
request.
In response to your request, the Government Affairs Department replied they
are not aware of any communication with the New Mexico All Source
Intelligence Centerand/or Immigration and Customs Enforcement from the
Policy/Government Affairs Office. As a result, we have no responsive
records to provide.
In addition, the Government Affairs Department referred to the attached
documents which can be found on the APS website (aps.edu).
As a courtesy we have attached them to this email.
