Pursuant to the Florida Sunshine Law, s. 286.011, F.S., I hereby request the following records:

All records related to AdventHealth also known as Adventist Health System from 2019 to 2023 (to the date of the day of processing) with respect to contracts and legal documents and within your agency's possession, the City of Altamonte Springs. More specifically, I request contracts and other legal documents that are in effect during the time frame specified.

I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I grant permission for fees up to $30. If the fees are still in excess of $30, please let me know as well as the number of results produced and I will further revise the criteria. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

If you deny any part of this request, please cite each specific exemption you think justifies your refusal to release the information and notify me of appeal procedures available under the law.

However, the remaining legal documents would require extensive research in order to provide. Therefore, as a follow-up to and regarding your Public Records Request, and with consideration of the extensive work required to provide you with the records you have requested, right now, City Staff has estimated it would take approximately 4 hours of staff time to provide you with each of the applicable documents/files that you have recently requested. This suggested 4 hours is just a brief estimation of the time that right now, we anticipate it might take to provide the requested records.

Therefore, please find the attached the Invoice that would need to be paid, so we can provide you with these records. Please provide payment to:
