Pursuant to the Michigan Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
An extract of the PASER system as GIS shapefile with 2019 pavement rating scores.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

FOIA's will be answered within five (5) business days after the day received.
If you have emailed an application for an Absentee Ballot, this response serves as your confirmation that your request has been received. During the 45-days prior to each election, ballots are mailed within one (1) business day of receipt of application. Please note that 2pm the Saturday before each election is the last day that the City Clerk's Office can mail ballots by law. In-person requests will still be accepted each election until 4pm the day prior to the election (Monday). All voted ballots must be received by the City Clerk's Office no later than 8pm on Election Day.
All other emails will be forwarded to the appropriate department for action.
