Pursuant to the Maryland Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
Police report and dispatch communication logs, transcripts and/or recordings pertaining to a traffic stop that CPL Witt 1857 conducted on 5/15/19 between approximately 12:45 AM and 1:25 AM on Deale Rd and Deale Pl.
Call log, transcript, and/or recording of phone call at 1:16 AM on 5/15/19 between (410) 507-8203 and AACPD dispatch
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.

I have received your request for public record(s). Your request has been
evaluated in accordance with the Maryland Public Information Act, Annotated
Code of Maryland, General Provisions Article § 4-101, et seq. (“MPIA”).
Specifically you have requested records pertaining to a specific incident
involving a traffic stop of Corporal Witt from the morning of 5/15/19 from
approximately 12:45 AM through 1:25 AM.
Upon search, Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) records and audio records are
responsive and are available for copy. To proceed with obtaining those
records, please remit $40 payable to Anne Arundel County to my attention at
8495 Veterans Highway, Millersville, Maryland 21108. You may also present
payment in person to this address Monday thru Friday 8am to Friday 3pm,
excluding holidays. If you let me know that you'd like to pay in person, I
can have the record prepared ahead of time and ready to pick up while
you're here.
You may challenge any part of this response to your request by filing an
action in the appropriate court of law pursuant to MPIA § 4-362.
