Pursuant to the Minnesota Data Practices Act, I hereby request the following documents:
Copies of all photographs, pictures, audio, video or other recordings of protests and protestors taken or maintained by your agency and relating to the North Dakota Pipeline or to the Standing Rock Indian Reservation.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I would request your response within ten (10) business days.

As our records publicly show (https://www.muckrock.com/foi/anoka-county-1945/nodapl-footage-anoka-county-sheriffs-office-33443/), you never actually sent a response or if you did, you managed to send it to the wrong address (which does not constitute a proper response).
However, I am grateful that you finally _did_ successfully respond.
