Pursuant to the Colorado Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
I am writing to request access to and a copy of the logs of scheduled appointments for the Arapahoe County DMV - Littleton Branch (5334 S. Prince St., Littleton, CO 80120). Specifically, I am interested in the June 2024 logs detailing:
1. Date and time of each scheduled appointment.
2. The purpose of each appointment (e.g., driver's license renewal, vehicle registration).
3. The anonymized identifier for each appointment (to protect personal privacy while providing insight into the volume and types of appointments scheduled).
4. Whether or not each appointment was attended.
5. Whether the appointment was booked online or in person with a kiosk.
6. The duration of each appointment from check-in to completion.
7. The wait time, if any, between the scheduled appointment time and the actual start of the appointment.
8. The reason for any missed appointments (if available).
9. Customer feedback or satisfaction ratings associated with each appointment (if collected).
If these records are maintained in an electronic format, I would prefer to receive them in a machine-readable format such as CSV or Excel. If there are any fees for searching, reviewing, or duplicating the records, please inform me if the cost exceeds $20.00.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you for your response. I would like to clarify that under the Colorado Open Records Act (CORA), there is no statutory requirement for formalities in submitting a request. As such, my original request remains valid and should not have been closed without legal justification.
Additionally, please provide a detailed breakdown of any anticipated costs as required. I also remind you that under CORA, records related to requests must be maintained for at least two years. I kindly ask for the specific statute or legal basis you are relying on to justify the closure of my request, as this action does not appear to be supported by the CORA Act.
Please consider this communication as a continuation of my initial request, and I expect your office to proceed with it in accordance with the law.
