Pursuant to the state open records law, Ariz. Rev. Stat. Ann. Secs. 39-121 to 39-122 and 39-128, I hereby request the following records:
All lists of books and periodicals banned in Arizona prisons
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I would request your response within ten (10) business days.

ADC does not maintain a list. Please see Department Order 914<https://corrections.az.gov/sites/default/files/policies/900/0914.pdf>, specifically section 914.07, which sets forth the content the Department deems unauthorized. These guidelines are applied in reviewing incoming publications.
