Pursuant to the Arizona Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

A list of programs designed to prepare inmates for integration into society specifically with intent to obtain employment and reduce recidivism.
1. List of programs sorted by correctional facility and budget for each program
2. List of current programs but also list of programs that have been discontinued in past 20 years
3. Programs under consideration for implementation sorted by each correctional facility

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

The Arizona Department of Corrections, Rehabilitation, and Reentry (ADCRR) has a statutory mandate to redact all records as necessary per A.R.S. § 31-221(C).
