Pursuant to the Arkansas Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Monthly electronic listings of all employees of the Arkansas Executive Branch from January 1, 2000 to December 31, 2012. Specifically, I am seeking electronic listings of all individuals employed within the offices of the Governor and Lieutenant Governor and all state agencies, commissions, and departments for each month from January 1, 2000 to December 31, 2012.

For each month, I’m seeking a spreadsheet, database, or delimited text file(s) — not paper records or a PDF created from data — with the following fields for each employee:

Personnel Area
Personnel Area Description
First Name
[Middle] Initials
Last Name
Employment Percent
Part-time Employee
Employment Status
Gender
Ethnic Origin

Good morning, Sonny Albarado.

TSS has received your FOIA request for employee records. We will begin the downloading and exporting process by month. Once that is complete, we will then provide the information to the departments for them to notify their employees. This request will take a little longer to provide since each month requires a separate downloading and exporting of the 20,000+ employee information. Please note that our HR system that maintains these records was not implemented until June 2001.
