Pursuant to the Arkansas Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
Monthly electronic listings of all employees of the Arkansas Executive Branch from January 1, 2015 to May 31, 2022. Specifically, I am seeking electronic listings of all individuals employed within the offices of the Governor and Lieutenant Governor and all state agencies, commissions, and departments for each month from January 1, 2015 to May 31, 2022.
For each month, I’m seeking a spreadsheet, database, or delimited text file(s) — not paper records or a PDF created from data — with the following fields for each employee: full legal name, title, department or agency, race, gender, full-time/part-time status, location, hire date, termination date, gross annual salary, and birth date.
This is a copy of my earlier requests submitted on 10/25/2022 and 7/27/2022, with the only difference being that I am now also requesting employees' birth date. I apologize that I did not request this variable the first time around. I am hoping to receive exactly the same data that I received from the other two requests, with the only difference being the addition of a new column that includes employees' birth date. Please just let me know if this variable is not available.

Good afternoon,
The Department of Transformation and Shared Services (TSS) received your most recent request for employee information. As you have stated, this request is for the same information that you previously requested in July 2022 and October 2022, and were provided, with the additional request for employee birth dates. The Arkansas Attorney General has already opined that employee birth dates are personnel records; however, they are not subject to disclosure. The attached AG Opinion was issued in response to your October 26, 2022, request and includes dates of birth of public employees in the types of information that must be redacted and cannot be disclosed. Since TSS has already provided the other requested information, there is no additional information to provide for this request.
