Good afternoon,

I spoke to our Acting Chief, and he is not aware of any such solicitations. If you would like to have the IT dept to conduct a search, please provide a keyword to be searched and who's email you would like it searched in your response to this email.

Thank you,

Tracey

Dear Tracey,

Thank you for your attention to this request. I really appreciate it. If you could do an keyword search for emails containing ("UAS" and/or "drone") and ("training" or "capability" or "capabilities") for the Chief and the Secretary of the Investigations Section, within the same date range as above, that would be helpful.

Sincerely,
Matthew

Good afternoon Matthew,

I received a letter in the mail regarding the above mentioned OPRA request. I did close this request out last month due to no response. I sent 2 emails regarding your request. I did have out IT dept. do a keyword search with the key words provided in your letter. With the key word "training" is very common. Our search resulted in 1,125 emails. This amount will be extremely time consuming and may incur a special service charge. Would you like to narrow this down? If you would like to proceed kindly advise and I will get a time and cost estimate.

Kind regards,

Tracey Bermes
