Pursuant to the Georgia Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
Any record sent or received between January 18, 2023, and the present by President Cabrera containing the terms "Atlanta Police Foundation" "APF" "Public Safety Training Center" "Cop City" or "Stop Cop City".
If a responsive record takes the form of an email outlook calendar entry, or task, we would accept the following metadata for the email in .odt or .csv format: “to” “from” “cc” “bcc” “subject” “attachment title” “attachment size” “sent date/time” “received date/time” “message importance” “message flag” and “file size”.
If a responsive record resides in a SharePoint or OneDrive file, we would accept a .csv containing a description of the file name, file type, and file size in lieu of producing the file itself.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Okay. Can you please itemize the $91 fee for running it? It’s literally cutting and paste the search terms into a search bar. How do we get to $91?

The records custodian estimated 2 hrs to prepare and run the query at an hourly rate of $52.08 with the first 15 minutes free. When the query is received there will be a separate fee for the review and redaction time needed. Please advise if you would like to move forward. Thank you.

Our sincerest apologies for the delay in getting back to you. We notified OIT to proceed with production on June 3rd but have not heard back from them. It is our normal protocol to follow up with records custodians on the status of their production; however, this request unfortunately fell through the cracks so a follow up was not done. We sent them an email today and hope to have additional information to you by the close of business tomorrow.
