According to a public records request submitted on June 3, 2020, the Atlanta Police Department held a contract with Clearview AI in 2019: https://www.muckrock.com/foi/atlanta-325/facial-recognition-audit-logsusage-statistics-atlanta-police-department-94312/#comms
Pursuant to the Georgia Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
All operating manuals, user guides, and training information for the Atlanta Police Department's use of Clearview AI's software.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.

Thank you. My request does not specify only current documents but any existing documents for when APD did use Clearview AI software, which the public records request that I reference proves that APD was using the software in 2019.

The Atlanta Police Department did not have any training documents, manuals, or user guides for Atlanta Police Department staff to use Clearview AI software?
Am I to understand that the Atlanta Police Department did not provide any training or materials to guide staff when staff were using Clearview AI?
